📋 By downloading or using PixelColor Fun, you agree to these Terms of Use.
By downloading, installing, or using PixelColor Fun ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PixelColor Fun for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent.
PixelColor Fun offers:
All purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. The Weekly Pass renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID settings.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly.
The free version includes 3 image conversions per day (resets at midnight), standard resolution export (up to 800px), Simple and Medium color modes, and banner/interstitial ads. We reserve the right to modify free tier features at any time.
You retain all rights to images you process. By using the App, you confirm you own or have the right to use those images and that your use does not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
All image processing is local — images are never transmitted to our servers.
The free version displays ads served by Google AdMob. Purchasing Remove Ads or Premium Pack permanently removes all ads. We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
PixelColor Fun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
PixelColor Fun is suitable for all ages. Users under 13 must have parental consent before making in-app purchases. We recommend using Apple's Family Sharing and Screen Time features.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. EU consumers also benefit from mandatory protections under their country of residence.
These Terms are between you and us — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance.
In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
